VABdepot is our intelligent software for automated management of your depot processes. From vehicle entry and service processes to optimal depot planning and scheduling for the next operating day - VABdepot calculates the best options and provides the user with all relevant information.
VABdepot controls processes automatically and allows the user to define individual scope of action. During automatic dispatch, the system takes over all allocations of vehicles to your lines allowing for all pre-defined criteria. In the process, staff are also allocated in line with the services you offer. VABdepot also automatically takes workshop and maintenance dates into account. With our versatile DMS, you can efficiently ensure optimal driving operations.
The system takes responsibility for all core tasks and gives you process security and transparency. This way, you always maintain an overview of your operations in real time – whether bus or rail - for all depots - in one system.
Integrated e-bus management
In VABdepot, dynamic visualisations help you keep an eye on the progress of charging processes and availabilities of your charging infrastructure and e-bus fleet.
Your e-buses are automatically assigned to the appropriate charging location. Battery charging is started according to the planned exit time and permanently monitored for various requirements.
Our customers can seamlessly integrate their e-bus fleet into VABdepot. Communication with charging management systems from other providers is also possible via the VDV463 interface.
