ABO-VU Online
Online portal for pupil ticket management
In combination with our season-ticket management module for transport providers called ABO-VU, an online portal for season-ticket management has been developed from season-ticket holder perspective. The online portal enables individual and corporate customers, pupils and trainees to acquire and manage online season tickets. From tariff selection to payment to cancellation of the season ticket, all processes can be performed in a few steps in the web app. It can be used for desktop and for mobile applications.
80% of season-ticket holders manage their season tickets with their smartphone.
30% of all applications are fully concluded on a mobile basis.
The season-ticket holder can set up his own private season-ticket area upon acquisition of a season ticket. This holds all season ticket information on booking, contract conclusion and payment. Personal settings like the price level of the season ticket, personal data and the type of payment can be adjusted.
