Providing customer advice and assistance with the operation of the systems acquired, being the receiving address for product and malfunction messages, service enquiries or modification wishes are paramount.
Each member of staff is specialised in one of the product areas: VABdepot (Depot Management), VABtrack (Infrastructure Management), VABnet (Control and Information Systems ITCS), VABcon (Season Ticket Management and School Transportation). Our staff undergo continuous training in order to have the necessary competence as first contacts for our customers.
